Missing characters in words, numbness, dizziness

This has only happened to me a few times, but the first symptom is a 7/10 headache, then about 2 or so hours later my vision goes spotty and i when i try to read something i completely miss the first few letters (all seemingly  correlating with my left half of my body) its always on the furthest outreach of my sight overlap and on the left side, the right is fine, then about 20-30 minutes after that usually my left hand goes numb, sometimes up to halfway up the forearm, but today my left foot went numb, I get fatigued and exhausted and can barely walk without running into people or efficiently use any other motor skill as well as i could right before the headache is at the back of my skull right above where my brainstem joins brain, not sure if that matters, but its also slightly to the right, any ideas of what could be wrong would be greatly appreciated. thanks

and i dont believe there has been a family history of heart issues, some unrelated stomach pollups (sp?) and a triple bypass, but the bypass was due to diet

No heart or migraines, no car accidents in a long time, and that one was a relatively minor side swipe. Ive been told stress can cause it...But now that you mention the disc injury (Im 17 and a junior in HS) back in 7th grade (years ago, i know but this is the only trauma ive really suffered to my spine) i was at a wrestling tourney and the guy caught me completely off guard and slammed me flat on my back, it killed me to move my spine more than a few degrees for nearly a month and i havent been able to bend or have my back not supported for more than 45 min (excluding walking)

Do you have a history of Migraines? How about heart problems? Something tells me that a complete neurological exam is a good idea. Car accidents can cause major injury to discs in your neck and lower spine and cause all the symptoms you describe. Have you asked for a CT scan? I would to rule out disc problems.
let me know what happens.
