uncontrollable screaming and jerking as an adult

I am a 26 year old woman. I get randomly these episodes when I would feel like the inside of my body would start to shake or vibrate up or down my spine. and it would end with me either letting out a LAUD shriek and/or have uncontrollable limb jerks like storming one of my feet a few times or raising one or both my arms like I am truing to punch the sky or I would jerk punch or kick; Or I would fall down and lose all feeling in my body and become unresponsive for a bit time. i have been having this problem sense i was very young but no one has been able to tell me why this happens. they ruled out turrets but gave me nothing else they just said to wait till it gets worse or more systems come up.  it has only gotten worse as I get older.

This could be an epilepsy different forms exist, sometimes you loose consciousness sometimes you don't (complex or simple), head to a neurologist after examining you they'll be able to reach to a definitive diagnosis.
