Pain in my butt cheek

I have pain in my butt cheek I had a full hip replacement about 4years ago it hurts sitting and when I walk a ways feel like I'm sitting on marble

Hi ...you have muscles in there that support the hip ...not sure what it's called begins with a p I think ...it feels deep within you cheek ....you may have injured/pulled this muscle ...did a physio give you hip strengthening exercises before/ after the op? I would speak to a doc to rule out any major probs and or get some advice about exercise or stretches for that muscle...hope that's helped a bit xxx
