Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. You need to consult a neurologist and get a MRI of the lower spine. If you have herniated discs or pinched nerves, you will need physiotherapy, pain killers, and other lower back exercises to treat this. Also wearing lumbo-sacral corsets while at work may help. If you sit for long time, use soft and well padded seats. Air tubes can also be used for sitting. You should get up and walk once in a while.
Other possibilities are low vitamin B12, or peripheral neuropathy secondary to diabetes, hypothyroidism or lupus etc. Please consult a doctor who can investigate this for you. Take care!
The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
