Pleeeeeease Help Me - "Back Pain"

Good Day,

I am suffering from excruciation pain around my body. I will list the parts of my body that is in pain below:

1.  Starting with my head, I suffer from terrible headaches.

2.  I have a TM Joint problem on the left hand side of my face, my jaw locked in one position for about 5 months and I did get treatment from a Facial Maxillo Specialist                  and I had to go for an arthrogram where my jaw opened to three fingers, it did give some relief but now it’s very painful again where I am avoiding to chew food on that side.

3.  I have lots of pain and discomfort on my neck area and I also have a stubborn not on the back of my neck.

4.  My right hand muscles is in a lot of pain and I also have a lump on the back of my risk also causes some discomfort especially if I am writing or carry something a bit heavy and I did have this lump removed about 16 year’s ago and it has grown back even bigger and during this time that I am suffering with pain on my back.

5.  The muscles on the middle part of my back are also painful.

6.  My lower back, abdomen, hip, buttocks and right leg is in pain. I experience spasms on the back muscles.

I am taking medication like, Tramacet, Arcoxia, Cymbalta and I a have seen a physio and now a chiropractor but still no relief from the pain and I have also seen a neurosurgeon, neurologist, rheumatologist, psychologist and a psychiatrist but now I am running out of funds for medication and doctor’s consults that I have now decided to take control of myself and I have now stopped some medication like, Cymbalta and Arcoxia and I am now taking only Tramacet and a natural anti-depressant called Tibb- “Stress Away”  and vitamins – vita force B  complex for stress and anxiety and  pharmaton.

I am fed up with all the pain and fed up of taking medication from what I notice is not helping because the medication just makes me drowsy and to sleep at night but I still wake up with pain. If there is some type of medication that can take my pain away at least for the time I take it will be a miracle and I will be so happy.

I have been diagnosed with Cervical Spondylosis by a Neurosurgeon and Fibromyalgia by a Rheumatologist but I am not sure if they are right.

Regards

Romela

Tramacet, Arcoxia and Cymbalta was prescribe by doctors to me.  I am not taking any other medication, but I have decided to take some natural herbal tablets called, Tibbs "Stress Away" and vitamins – Vita Force B  complex for stress and anxiety and  Pharmaton and Caltrate.

I have tried so many tablets namely: Norflex, myprodol, mybulen, robaxin, trepilene, rivotril and a few others that  I cannot remember, so you see I am so tired of taking medication that is of no help with taking pain away but only making me feel more useless, drozzy, confused and depressed.

I am running out of funds and I am suffering with so much pain it's just unbelievable.  Can a Doctor please have a look at my symtoms and advise me accordingly.  I am at a stage of giving up on Doctors and life.

Please inform me as to what pain killer's I can take besides the anti-inflammoties I mentioned.
thx

All the pain you discribed is what I was feeling like in Feb,March,April of this year. The only thing that I think actually helped me alot is the doc put me off of work in Feb. My flare up of FM started in Oct. 07 but just kept getting worse, until finally in Feb. I couldn't keep going & my doc put me off of work. I think the no stress, sleep when needed, & no continuing of using my muscles the same way helped. I am on morphine for the pain, it doesn't take it away but makes the pain barable. I have a hard time when travelling for more than 10 minutes if I have to go anywhere farther I am so sore by the time I reach my destination. My back, legs, neck etc are so sore I have to hobble around. My husband hates going anywhere with me as I am about 20 lengths behind him. I just tell him go ahead I will be there when I get there. He totally understands and is very supportive. Well I don't know if this helps. But I don't think you mentioned any pain killers. Go and get some.
