My father has been diagnosed yesterday a Right parietal meningioma.
" Rechtshemisphärisch , post- central, in the area of the parietal lobe superior evidence of ovular , everywhere smooth bounded homogeneous mass directly adjacent to the skull . Expansion is approximately 18x11mm . No evidence of circumscribed osteodestructive in the inner table . No significant perifocal Ödemsaum . The finding is most consistent with a Menningeom . Aeration control rights of the paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells of the . No evidence of fresh bony lesion.
Urgent va right parietal meningioma post centrally located in the area of the superior parietal lobe , most likely consistent with a meningioma ."
My question is usual: WHAT are the chances to fully recover? Is it possible to continue with normal life after surgery. We are waiting for results from Bosnian doctos, as the diagnose is made in Germany.
Thank you,
AT
