What does this mean,
FINDINGS: Noncirrhotic liver morphology. There are scattered benign T2 hyperintense cysts in both hepatic lobes without any internal enhancement. There is an area of T2 hyperintense signal in the inferior right hepatic lobe with arterial enhancement with persistent enhancement seen on all series suggestive of a hemangioma or vascular anomaly, this does not have the appearance of malignancy. No intrahepatic biliary ductal dilation is identified. The portal and hepatic veins are patent.
