Severe Pressure(uncontroallable force) in Head during Sleep

Dear Sir,

The problem is:  There is a severe pressure in my head during sleep(when i am dreaming). I feel as if my head will burst out. I feel tremendous pressure in my head which i cannot control at all. During the occurrence, I can think, but I cannot control my body parts like moving hand, etc ( or it may be that I think that I am unable to move my body parts but may actually move.... ). It lasts for about few seconds. sometimes it initiates again after stopping repeatedly for upto 4-5 times. As soon as it ends, I will be normal as if nothing happened to me...It occurs to me in sleep only(when i am dreaming)
I have this problem for the last 4 years. This problem is not regular but occurs at irregular intervals (sometimes once a week, or twice a week, or once a month or once in 3 months).

        Waiting for your valuable reply.....

Dude I have the same thing! This happens only in sleep during a dream and i'm dreaming (always) that i'm lying in bed but i can't move or it needs to use all my power to see, hear, talk, move during this situation.
That pressure is awefull, you feel like dying by air pressure in your head.
The last few times that suffering kept for 5 (dreamy??) minutes or more and i remember (in the dream) that i've tried to stand and managed to walk to the toilet and see my face in the mirror. That's scary,my eyes looked at a different direction and i could notice the pressure i have felt because of my facial expressions.

Sometimes you wake up,all it's gone and when you fall asleep again it happens...it's kinda you're in between reality and dream and can't escape from this.Sometimes also you feel like waking up in your dream and you think you woke up for real or you realize you that you are in a dream and you know you gotta open your eyes to wake up but you can't.
Contact me,i can't take this anymore but thank God is not an everyday thing
