See a massage therapist with training in cranial, and injury protocols. Cranial/Sacral therapy can help with headaches, as an injury protocol for the neck. Suboccipitals, and temporalis would be the first things, but trust your therapist. It's better price than doctors, and it just plain feels good.
I Used To Have MAD Issues With My Headaches. They Were Soo Severe And Would Differ In The Types And Levels Of Pain... What I Did To Stop That Was Cut Caffine, Dairy Products And Chocolate Out Of My Diet. It Seems To Have Worked For Me. I Went To Doctor After Doctor After Doctor... Went Through Medication After Medication After Medication! Nothing Worked Or Helped. So I Finally Started Writting Down What I Would Consume In A Day And Started Noticing Triggers.
I Hope This Helps.
It Worked Great For Me.
