I have faced car accident and have a back pain now.

-Disc dehydration atT11/12
-Schmorl's nodes at T10/11 and 12
-End plate sclerosis atT11/12
* Do you recommend lumbar/cervical surgery to me?
* what treatment/therapy do you recommend in general?

Alexa, sorry but we cannot tell you what you need to do medically. That is something you and your doctors will need to make. Mainly you since it is your body that will be getting cut on. The only thing that I can tell you is to do what you feel is best for your over all health and quality of life.
