Hello, I am 26 and I was wondering if there was anyone familiar with the term Tarlov cyst. I have done a little research on it and found the Tarlov cyst foundation and what they have to offer but I cant find others with this to talk to. I also have other finding on my mri like degenerative disk disease, annulear fissure and arthropathy at L4-5 with bilateral forminal stenosis, left greater than right. Protrusions and bulges and arthropathy at multiple level. In my cervical spine I have those as well with a syrinx from C3 to T1 and mild reversal of cervical lordosis. Some of my symptoms are pain in my whole back, like stiffness, pressure (and in head), tensed muscles, then I get nerve pains when I try to do every day activities. Bending and sitting get painful in very short periods of time. Recently my left leg started to go numb every time I bend over for longer than 30 seconds. Sharp pains down my legs and in my hips, down my buttocks, ect. I get pains in my arms and I wake up at night flat on my back and my arms are either aching or asleep. I also have really sensitive finger tips, especially when they are pruney, some textures feel like nails on chalk board. Is there anyone out there that can help me with heath insurance options or doctor recommendations. The NS my doc had look at my mri said those findings wouldnt cause those symptoms so Its confusing. I think the doctors sometimes just see that Im young and I just coudnt be having these problems and I could really use some help with figuring all of this out. If anybody knows anything on these different issues, I would love to hear with you know. The more learning I do the better I feel about my health. Thank you for your time!!! stacey
