Treatment for tortuous Vertebro Basilar Artery?

After I was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis and pulmanory embolism. I started having headaches, dizziness, threw up on a few occasions, my chest feels like I have a elephant sitting on my chest, ringing in my ears, my right arm is hurting and I'm loosing use in it. My legs are killing me and weak. Hard to breathe, hard to understand language, and my hearing seems to be effected, fatigue. Anytime my blood pressure changes all these symptoms increase. I had a ct-scan and was sent to UC Davis and they wouldn't admit me. So I have been waiting for 3 weeks to see a neurologist as my symptoms continue to get worst. I did have a dr. Reread my cat-scan and he told me that I had a tortuous Vertebro artery that was jagged on the inside. I was wondering if anyone had experienced this illness before and if there is any treatment for it? What type of Doctor did you see?
