About a week ago, I jumped onto the ground from a height of about 5 feet. I was walking on something I shouldn't have been and when I lost balance, I jumped off backward. I landed square on my feet, but didn't time the landing right, so I landed with my knees straight. I got a strong jolt and saw stars for a sec. It felt like I got punched out. I didn't fall over and I remained conscious the whole time.
Following that accident, I started waking up very early in the morning feeling very tired, dull and generally not feeling quite "right". I have tingling sensations in one of my arms and half of my face/head like a milder version of what you feel when your feet goes to sleep after holding the same posture too long. Other than a slight headache, which seems to be going away, I don't have any pain.
After these symptoms continued for a few days, I went to the student clinic at my school. The doctor did a basic motor skill test, had me squeeze his fingers and resist him from pulling them out, resist having him push my arms around, shrug shoulder against pressure, etc. I passed these tests, but the doctor insisted I go to an ER right away, so I did.
They did the same tests and I passed and had a CAT scan of my head, which also came back normal.
I had something similar about 7 years ago following a MVA in which I was rear-ended and went to chiropractor for a few months and after a few years, other than getting stiff neck more frequently.
What should I consider now?
