What is this a panick attack?

When i was in 8th grade I had a panick attack. i would shake jurck and I would not even know it. But now every sents that day I can't ever wake up early. Every morning I shake and jurck. Then I gotta stay in bed for a full hr. One time I woke up I went down the steps then I gess a black out then my legs gave out. I fell broke my tooth. It's not no sezure. I don't remimber the fall. But I was jurking and shakeing. Is it still some kind of panick attack? I am stressed mostly everyday.

You really need to get into a doctor and let them know about your symptoms.  There could be several different reasons for them, and stress can certainly make things like this worse- but see a doctor so they can gather your medical history in more detail and run some tests.
