Multiple Symptoms. Any feedback?

I'm male and 31 years old. For over a year now, I think, I've felt a subtle discomfort on my left upper back, underneath my shoulder blade. For the past couple months, it has grown into a pain that is only felt when I make certain movements. Ex: raise my right arm and twist my waist, put my seat belt on, bend over to put shoes on. It kind of feels a little like a burning sensation, but more so it feels kind of like a stabbing feeling. About 6 months ago, I woke up one day and every movement made it hurt more and I thought it was a pinched nerve or something. A couple weeks ago, a friend put pressure on it and for the following week, I felt the pain less. A week ago at work, I was stupid busy, (i'm a bartender) and i was super stressed and I felt it spasm-ing a lot along with burning sensations. Moving on, in October of last year, I started having episodes of nausea/lightheadedness to the point of fainting. They were infrequent and have now become frequent on a daily basis. I feel nausea all day. For the past month or so, I also developed a dry cough, which I just got a Z Pak for. I went to the doctor this week and he took an x ray and ran some tests for my blood to see if I was anemic. He said my heart and lungs look good and blood came out negative for anemia. So, my back pain became worse when my nausea began, and now I feel the pain more even if I don't make certain movements. The other day, the whole left side felt sore. I feel like when I feel the pain on my back, I feel nausea. When I started getting the nausea in October, I also got strong episodes of acid reflux, which I've never had before. I know this is a lot of different things, but it all came at me at once and I don't know what to make of it. I'm going to make an appointment with more doctors, but I am kind of freaking out. My symptoms are consistent with a bunch hardcore diseases. I was wondering if anyone has experienced/is experiencing what I'm going through. My main concerns are my back pain and nausea.
