Vertigo w/numbness and tingling and muscle weakness- just stress?

I have suffered for 7 weeks w/constant vertigo - from the time I rise out of bed to the time I fall back into bed.  Additionally, I experience episodes of numbness, tingling, "pins and needles, muscle weakness, etc., in my left arm, left chin, and spasticity in my left hand, along with extreme fatigue in the afternoon.  I have had both an MRI and lumbar puncture within the last 2 weeks which, according to the neurologist, ruled out MS, viral infections, etc.  Also, I had an amazing amount of blood drawn which ruled out a B12 deficiency among other things.  About 9 months ago, I began seeing a chiropractor, who, in that time, adjusted my cervical spine over 80 times.  My neurologist says that all of my symptoms are a result of stress, which she says I need to learn to manage better (taking up Yoga was her suggestion) and all of my symptoms will improve.  I have an appointment with her again in May and she stated that by the time I see her, if I do some yoga and learn to relax, I should be completely symptom-free.  I just can't find any information anywhere that coorelates stress w/vertigo, muscle weakness, spasticity, fatigue, etc.  Am I crazy?  Could this really be just stress?

You should really look into symptoms of a gluten allergy. There is a whole slew of symptoms. Not just an upset tummy. I including vertigo, fatigue, numbness, tingling. Check it out. It could be a simple fix. Just eat rice krispie treats.

I too have these same symptoms but add a racing heartbeat  for no reason after i go to bed. I feel I'm going insane cause they tell me the same thing. I am under an incredible amount of stress no doubt, but i find it hard to believe that it can cause so many problems.... I've had all the testing same as you and seen a cardiologist for 10 years along with having a scope in the heart and still no answers. hang in there and take care.

I have alot of these same symptoms and more..vision etc...I'm not yet Dx..ongoing for MS or Lupus...autoimmune etc...going through all this for the last 2.5 years.  I have been told a few time..stress, get counselling..etc...I went and had a psyciatric assessment done to keep everyone happy...it's not IN MY HEAD...the test results show something is wrong..they just can't figure out what??  Not all the Dr say it's in my head...but they said to wait abit and have more test...MRI etc..
sorry can't help..except don't think your crazy or alone...It's very common to have symptoms and not be able to get a Dx...hopefully soon they will... take care
