Weakness and difficulty breathing

Hi, i am a young woman in the age of 24. I am experience some symptoms over a month and i had multiple tests without a result. I have chest pain especially in the rib cage which make it difficult to breath. It is more intense when i am in flat position. I am not sleeping well i am always tired and the last days i can't even get out of bed. I feel my limbs weak and tired. I am tired of eating or dressing. This kind of fatigue i have never been before so sudden.the other symptom that makes me worry is the twitching in my muscles, in my tongue and pain in my back and arms. I had many appointments with many doctors. I had blood tests, MRI of brain and spinal cord, EKG and all are normal. My vitamins level are too. I am worry if it is AlS with these respiratory and weakness problems but my doctor don't even hear it. He told me that i shouldn't have an EMG because he doesn't see any atrophy. I am having a difficult time i am taking some pills that doctor gave me but i haven't seen any difference. Please if someone knows something or having similar symptoms i appreciate answer me. Thanks a lot.

You say vitamin levels are normal but if they are low normal range you can still have symptoms.

'Beefsteak tongue' (Your tongue may become red and swollen, with a beefy appearance if you have B12 deficiency. This change in appearance comes from depapillation of the tongue: loss of the little bumps that that normally give the tongue a light pink, velvety appearance)
If you have pernicious anemia, often caused by B12 deficiency, the tongue may look pale
Your tongue may feel sore or painful if you have a B12 deficiency, or you may complain of a burning sensation in the tongue. Burning may occur in the absence of any other symptoms
You may develop microglossia, a small tongue, with B12 deficiency. Microglossia occurs when the papillae atrophy, or shrink. Microglossia occurs late in the disease
