Headache,is the most universal symptom of temporal arteritis,tends to be unilateral, classically concentrating in the temporal region.
Here ,inflammation often strikes the temporal artery, causing temporal-located headaches.
Your pain is possibly due to reduction in the prednisolone dose.The dose should be modulated gradually.You should consult your physician and get the dose adjusted.
