Whole Body Pulsation - Vibration - Tuning Fork - mild tremor

Hello, I noticed that after eating or while eating I was developing a slight tremor primarily on my left side. I have also noticed that after eating I feel a bit like a tuning fork for lack of a better word.  It is like my whole body is vibrating very in a subtle manner.  I am a 40 year old male with a history of fatigue that goes back to my 20s.  During these vibrations my pulse is normal.  Heart rate is normal.  It is sometimes attended by what feels like a rthymic pulsing - like one would feel after a work out.
From time to time i have noticed this vibration at night.
Does anyone know what might cause this. Is it a potential food allergy that has onset late in life?  My stool is loose, sinks.  But in general, even when not eating I have been feeling quaky or feeling like i have the shakes. sometimes this feeling is like the feeling i would get with a hang over or when i was very tired in the morning.  My reflexes, particularly on my left side feel dulled, seemed dulled but are still present. I also notice that if I am reading something without concentrating, the magazine/book will shake.  I can concentrate and it goes away.

I have noticed a bit of recent hearing loss which was tested and is asymetrical but mild.  Additionally I have an astygmatism and my vision is a bit off or seems to drift.

What should I get tested for?  The loose stool has been an issue on and off for a long time but seems to be worse.  Not sure if it is related, just wondering who I should see or if I should be alarmed.  I have had this tuning fork feeling for about 3 months now.

I am experiencing the tremors too. I ate pizza tonight and believe my body is reacting to the gluten. I've done the paleo diet and it cleared up. Thought I was "healed" but obviously not. So, for me it's back to a paleo diet again.

LOL.. ok even if evolution was true it would take hundreds of thousands of years for our bodies to evolve (as per evolution theories). As far as scientist can tell, humans have only been around for a few thousand years therefore not allowing enough time for our bodies to adjust to a specific diet. Plus, our anatomy suggests a vegan diet; it is no wonder eating healthy (grains, veggies, fruits) promotes a better functioning body, less diseases and more energy. I could go on and on but now I am moving away from the topic.  To the OP: I am experiencing similar symptoms and suggest getting tested for hypoglycemia (a Glucose tolerance test would help diagnose this). I was recently diagnosed and experience moments of fatigue, anxiety and coldness after eating certain types of foods.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Humans have been around for more than a few thousand years. Try 200,000 and no, we were not "vegans" we were habitat survivalists, meaning we often scavenged and hunted. Some of our first tools were hunting weapons.

Yes - I've got exactly thte same symtpoms due to my food allergy. You've described it exactly!! It's an internal mild tremor-shake and it is caused by a food allergy - usually it's your body reacting to grains in your diet - wheat, gluten, breads, pastas, also dairy, etc....I notice that as soon as I get the grains out of my diet and get my carbs from things like potatoes, plalntains, yucca, swett potoatoes, etc.....it all goes away. It's all about histamine from your food allergy hitting your nervous system.  Your body has an evolutionary history of getting its carbs from  roots and tubers....NOT grains.....Grains came along much later in history. Prior to grains and farrming, people were hunter-gatherers and lived on meat, vegetables, potatoes, etc......Tha't's where your bio-evolution comes from.....grains and farming didn't come along until much later...and the body is not made to eat large quantities of them.
