I would try the Cardiologist. Try to find an Vascular Specialist if your can. A General Surgeon IS NOT Vascular Specialist.
Ok whom should i see , ive seen an orthopedic whom ruled out any bone problem or spine problem and a general surgeon whom assessed my vascular status in general and called for a blood test that gave negative result for anything abnormal, which physician can help with these symptoms...near where i live there is no vascular surgeon there is a cardiologist though shall i see him and are the symptoms in need to visit a physician, like i mentioned the pain has resolved but the numbness is still present throughout my body whenever i put pressure on that side
First of all, PLEASE get assessed by a PHYSICIAN to rule out what the problem is. I am JUST guessing what the problem could be. Have the vascular possibility ruled out. I can't tell you how to prevent something that I DON'T know you have for SURE.
How can i prevent it, lately the numbness in my forearms and legs have been increasing, it started off only in my legs and now also when i lean my arm against something i feel the needle sensation numbness in my arms....what am i supposed to do at this level
The increase in numbness is what is worrying me like i mentioned the pain has decreased in my legs but still present from time to time
Last thing to mention i have intolerance to coldness , i think thats normal living in a hot weather country thank you for your concern and support
It can SHOW up ANYTIME in your life if there a familiar history.
Your father's brother is the important history, not your aunt's because she has no blood ties with you.
ok my father's brother has hypertension and his wife passed away few months ago sudden death of heart attack i think....but if it was family related wouldnt it show up earlier in my age thank you for your response
Yes, smoking can have a large influence on your vessels.
Chest pain? Please follow up as SOON as possible with a physician.
Any history of cardiovascular/vascular problems in your family?
Yes i had been to an orthopedic whom called for an mri which proved ok...and seen a general surgeon whom called for a blood test which normal safe results....the pain has decreased lately and im still smoking the same amount.....is it related to smoking or can it be a serious cause
I smoke one pack of cigarette a day but can smoking have such a large impact to cause this....also i had 3 attacks of chest pain but now have gone....
Have you discussed this with a physician? Sounds like a circulatory problem possibly.
I would recommend vascular testing to rule out Claudication/PVD. You are young, but it is possible you can have these problems though.
Smoker? Drinker? Any medical problems?
