brainand vision problems

I'm tercia. I;m experiencing problems with my brain and vision. when i look at the world ,is like i'm seeing through glass as if i'm leaving in a dream where i only look at people living their live with mine stuck.things dont look real, i cant properly explain this. My brain is not working any more ,it takes years for me to understant a paragraph let alone a sentence. i cnt talk properly, some of the words i cant pronounce and i tend to say the wrong things. i have a tunnel vision that doesnt allow me to register the things i read in a normal way. the vision is more like my eye are converged e.g my friends (normal vision) ,myfriend(abmormal vision) .And its more like my eyes are jumping quickly from word to word.I used to be clever ,now i'm an idiot.I cant study anymore and no one cares whta i'm going through .This started eight years ago when i was 16 and became worse with the years.I cant cook,i cant drive because i've never had the opportunity to do both and that is very embarising for me.my english used to be good ,now the laguaga is too much foreign for me.I'm studying geology and i'm a fourth year student ,i'm suppose to write a report for a project that  i must do, i cant do both because i cant understand anything and my english is very poor.i've had many humiliating events in my life and i cant stand this any more.i came across a website on your forum about brain fog and i have most of the symptoms that most of the people on the forum have.
>a clogged nose
>the feeling you get when there is water in your ear (in 2001 i had a cockroach run into my earbut managed to take it out ,i went to an ENT who sai there was nothing wrong ,no infection, but i'm not satisfied)
>CT scan and EEg came back, negative
>Derealization(some times i feel like my dream state is making me dizzy)
>Un able to talk properyly
>constipation
>Tunnel vision
>i cant remeber the streets im familiar with ( i dont know where to get to places because i cannot takein the directions )the sad part is i'm needed to drive to places when i start working
>I tend to have a strage headache, like my brain is under temendous pressure like
>lack of concentration,understanding and focus
>All my family and relatives are tall.and i'm very short (is there any connection to my problemseg endrocine malfunction
>lower back problems)

Hi...did u have a CT of ut cervical spine and or brain?..if so ask for copies and get a second opinion....it is possible something was missed. In the meantime have blood work done to be sure u also do not have low levels of vitamins and minerals like potassium, magnesium....vit D....B12.

I felt exactly like you described yourself.  I happened to try a gluten free diet and WOW! what a difference.  You ask if it's possible you have an endocrine disorder - sure, it's possible.  And when one thing is out of balance or not working right, many things go wrong in the body.  Another diet that helps a lot of people is a low carb diet, like Atkins or South Beach.  If you have any other questions, I'll try to help.  Hang in there and consider changing your diet to see if there's improvement.  Diet effects hormones, etc.
I also had the ear symptoms and the head pressure.  Good luck!  Hope this helps.
