full body numbness

I am 21, M, active daily, fit, eat healthy, my father has hbp and suffered from a stroke, his father died of lung cancer and had severe dementia the last year. For the past few days I have consistently numb throughout my body, from mytoes to the my scalp. I have no appetite and need to schedule meals thoughout , cannot sleep for more than an hour or two at a time. I'm tired but when I lay down it feels like my temp drops dramatically when im spread out and then goes up again if im focused more around the core. I dont mean warm, I mean causing me to sweat profusely.. It's uncomfortable to stay in any position when trying to sleep. I can think of nothing I did specifically that may be related to the symptoms. Any and all advice is welcome. I can attempt to provide additional information as well. Thank you.

Number One, forget about your father's and grandfather's ailments. Number Two, go see your doctor.

Also I have problems with controlling the level of power behind actions. An example is a static posture, your hands on the ground back arched and feet off the ground, but when done now I basically throw myself in the air because I cant properly balance the output of power, similar for finer skills, I feel like a bull in a china shop when I try to eat cereal.
