For starts, you should find a physician willing to address your concerns because the one you have does not seem to be. For the most part, your problems sound Neuro in nature. If you don't need a referral from a Family Physician/PCP to see a Neurologist, than consult one ASAP. Again, please find another Family Physician/PCP who IS going to help you.

I skipped part of your post because I don't like to read about certain things. But I will say that I think you should get your potassium checked to make sure it isn't low, as this can cause muscle cramping. I would also suggest you might get an x-ray of your neck to see if there is any nerve pinching/encroachment going on. Also, you might ask a doctor about an MRI of the brain to check for signs of MS or tumor. And if you are twitching out of control while you are not feeling anxious, you might want to see if an EEG is in order as well. Regarding pain in the center of your chest- there are a lot of things near there, including your heart and your stomach on the left side and your gallbladder on the right. It's also where the sternum bone and many ribs come together and costochondritis can cause a great deal of musculoskeletal pain.
i have been drinkin milk, gatorade, water, like a frikn fish and it doesnt help at all. So i know its not from dehydration or anxiety.
First coulse of action should be to drink a couiple of glasses of milk a day. If that doesn't work try magnesium glycinate.
Quineine sulfate used to be prescfribed, but the FDA banned it. Fortunately, I have a supply that will last me for three and a half centuries.
Massage and sauna treatments are helpful.
Thank you for your question. This muscle spasm is also called as muscle fasciculation & appears when the muscle contracts on its own (without nerve stimulation). Most of the times these symptoms occur without any underlying disorder & they are not harmful or may appear after anxiety, viral illness or long term illness. But sometimes this muscle twitching appears after hormonal disorder (esp.thyroid) or as atrophy and weakness of muscle as well. Most likely cause of this twitching with weakness/atrophy of muscle can be when the nerve supplying to body muscles are not functioning properly due to any neurological disorder. If you suffer continuous weakness and notice reduced strength of muscle bulk in areas, please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away who will evaluate the possibilities here. Hope this information proves helpful to you. Take Care & Regards!!!
