is this neurologic?

My 29 y/o daughter occasionlly experisences sudden moderate to severe upper back pine along the spine from neck halfway to waist. Shortly following onset of this pain vomiting starts and continues on and off for hours. She had  positive ANA but further eval for autoimmune illnesse proved negative.
Where should she be followed for these symptoms?

I had a laprascopic left salpingo oopharectomy on 10/1/2008. everyday since then I have suffered severe low back pain. also in my side an my butt cheek all on the right side. I am on 50mg fentanyl patch change every 48 hrs, 10mg oxycodone every 4hrs & 2 lyrica 3x's a day....NONE OF IT WORKS!!!  I have an appt with a pain mgmt dr; then a pain specialist (not sure what the difference is) and a Neurologist - which i met with a pain specialist before he tested the nerves through my back on the right side, not really sure which nerves but nothing came of it so what will a new neurologist give me?  HELP PLEASE! I am on the verge of just going into the deepest darkest depression I feel it coming on...I see a Psychiatrist but I don't think that is helping..

Hello.

Since how many days or months is she having this problem ? It may have some neurological basis. She can have a Neurologist's opinion. I am not sure why she has this problem.

Does she complain of headaches ?

Regards
