Thank you your words truely are appreciated. I ended up going into the emergency dep. Due to my debilitated pain. I had ct scans and they didnt find anything alarming so I was sent home with vicodin and to follow up with a pcp but I dont have one so getting into a clinic as new patient is about 1month wait the pains continue to worsen and more frequent I now have very high sensitivity to sound and light and my ears have this undescribable pain and sound I hear. I am not sure what to do anymore? If er didnt help and dr is a month wait ... should I go back to the er and explain ot what is the best solution

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems.  You could be suffering from cluster headaches. They worsen on lying down and improve with pacing. Normally cluster headaches are diagnosed entirely through detailed history which includes the duration, type and frequency of headache. Cluster headache is treated with pain killers, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications, and other medications.
It can also be due to pinched cervical spinal nerve. Benign intracranial hypertension is another possibility.
Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
