I did see a ent did not bring the ct and mri reports though I did mention my ear nose and head pressure aswell as my weird feeling I am floating on and off he thinks I have tmj. This is what my mra said this was done oct 2011 time of flight demonstrate a possible mild fusiform dilatation of the origin m1 fully patent questionable tiny fusiform measuring 4 mm diameter can not be excluded they saw that in the right side now they also saw two tiny left frontal subcortical foci of t2/IR hyperintense white matter which ar e non specific they say migraines which I was getting so they recommended a cta with contrast and this is what it said now this was done dec2011 There is a slightly delayed phase of ct angio with presence of venous contamination no stenosis or aneurysm identified specifically no right mca m1 segment aneurysm identified so there's nothi ng what can causr this feeling everyday of pressure

Well, could be three things. First of all, just that you've still okay after a year and a half is good news. And of course I assume the obvious didn't happen back Christmas over a year ago, where you banged your head right there.
Sometimes the findings you report from the scans DO suggest you may have a bit of a swollen artery, but not blocked or burst, because THEN you would have vsion problems, a huuge huge headache, and you might pass out. I imagine any neurosurgeon would want to be completely sure that you indeed had a swelling or aneurysm type thing going on before they would either (a) operate or (b) run a line up into the arteries going into the brain, and "filling" the aneurysm with some special material. As a general thing, people with higih blood pressure will set the stage for a burst aneurysm or stroke, so that along with some solid proof that you do have a swollen blood vessel would be important, but sounds like they really didn't find enough to pursue it.
This is what i thought first when I read your post, is your nose situation. Pressure in your nose generally indicates a sinus cavity problem, which reaches around to the side of your head, but is mostly above and below your eyes. If you tend to get a stuffy nose more or less in correlation with the headache, coudl simply be you have these sinus infection attacks now and then, and those cavities fill, and that's the pressure and headache you're feeling.
Lastly, and this is another similar to nose, is something associated with your inner ear. If that thing gets jammed up with earwax or something isn't quite right with the inner ear, you'll have a headache on that side whenver it pleases to flare up.
I perosnally think you should take your scans or scan reports to an ear, nose, throat man, and let him have a look see at your nasal cavities and your ears, to see if those things are problematic. If they are, you can pretty much not worry about any irregularity with a blood vessel in the brain. Even if you had a real aneurysm, as long as it doesn't get larger or burst, oxygen will still pump in and out of the brain thru the carotid arteries on into hundreds of vessels and their branches. You can have a slight bleed in one spot and you might lose, for example, focus in one eye or something.
I also think you could TRY this for your nose. Every time you notice pressure on it, get some PLAIN saline nasal spray, it's like water, a saline type mixture much like what's in your nose, and you squeeze that up in there and gently blow your nose, and you can make that work even better by filling the bathroom sink with very hot, steamy water, lay a towel over your head with your face pointed towards the water, and breathe in that warm steam into your nose, it'll help loosen and break up what might be in there, and give you more stuff to blow out.
Keep us posted, and perhaps someone else has some ideas.
