vibration in feet, arms, chest and all over my body. Is this common?

I'm a average build male in my late 20's and recently I've had an odd vibration/ tingling present in either my feet, arms, or chest but is not limited to those locations that occure harmonously when I mentally discuss thoughts or ideas throughout the course of the day. The vibrations happen exactly at the same time for the same length of time as the words im using while thinking. It is occuring more often then not when im mentally constructing a well thought out phrase/ or sentence prior to actual speaking it verbally. Also, I'm not opening my mouth or moving any other organs used for speech. the vibrations are not large or painful but odly enough if my foot rests  against an object with good acoustical properties like a bath tub which has happened, the vibrations seem to make a speaker out of that object and I'm able to clearly hear my thoughts from the exact direction of what my foot is touching.  I have also noticed along with the vibrations that i am having and remembering dreams that seem to coincide with recent daily activities which is odd for me because i rarely ever dream and if i did it was nothing i could remember as vividly as i can the recent dreams. has anyone ever experienced or have heard of anything specific to this if not similar?
