dizziness nd light headedness

hello i am a 20yr old women  d i have been haveing dizziness it seems as if it is getting worse i have been haveing dizziness for prolly around 6-8 months at first only getting it every once and awhile nd now it is more constant for example when i lay down it seems worse nd when i turn my head a surtan way when lying down i feel a tightness in me face around my eye and cheek but mostly in the morning and when i sitt up i feel as if i need to lay back down nd i get very tierd but once i start moveing around it gets better but i always feel as if my head is heavy... i have not been to the doctors yet cus i was tould it was prolly my sinuses cus my nose is kinda dry nd has been this way for awhile i dont like feeling this way i shouldnt feel so tierd all the tyme oh nd i forgett i was getting panic attacks offten but have not had any for awhile......plz help

Hi there. common causes of dizziness are low blood pressure due to anemia etc, heat stroke, dehydration, vertigo due to disturbed body equilibrium,  benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, meneire’s disease, and inflammation of the inner ear,  heart problems like heart attack, irregular cardiac rythms, rapid or slow heart rates, cardiomyopathy, certain drugs like beta blockers, pregnancy, high blood pressure etc. considering the wide range of possibilities,  consult a physician and a detailed clinical examination along with certain blood tests and cardiac assessment is required for diagnosing the cause. Management will depend on the cause. Take care.

That's very strange I've had the same thing been happening to me as well.. I get very dizzy all the time as if I feel like iam on a boat.. sometimes it increases the longer iam on the computer which is very often.. I'm going to the doctors soon so ill give you some feedback if they find anything solution.
