Thank you for your question. You need to evaluate migraine like headache possibility here that can be throbbing, limited to one sided of head and preceded by aura (starts with blurred vision). Triggering factors could be different foods such as cheese, chocolate, alcohol and even few fruits. Other factors that may induce your migraine attack may be stress or depression, bright lights, loud noise and traveling. I would suggest careful record of events that have proceeded with the attack and avoid those factors. In addition, try to rest in a dark & quiet room, meditate, have a balanced diet and avoid taking unnecessary drugs. Even then if you suffer continuous symptoms like that, please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away who will evaluate the further underlying disorders by clinically examine you & ordering MRI or CT scan here that may be the main reasons of your symptoms and can provide you an appropriate treatment. Hope this information proves helpful to you. Take Care & Regards!!!
thank you for your responce. I have seen neuro and had ct scan and was told it was fine, can't get mri as i have pacemaker and cardio says heart is fine too. I don't have any pain with the brain issue but the food might factor in as is seems to get worse after eating or if i go without food for a long time. my brother has the same symptoms and they haven't been able to find anything either??? I'm trying to see allergy to see if any foods could be causing, any hits on what i should as them? Have you ever heard of food causing fatigue/vision-balance/brain fatigue issues, its as if my system goes haywire when i eat. Thanks again Karen825
