It is most likely an allergic reaction to something that your hands are coming In contact with throughout the day. I suggest that you visit a Allergy doctor, and have allergy testing done. That will tell you what is causing the redness on your hands. Once you find out what is causing the redness, the Allergy doctor can give you a simple allergy pill that you would take once a day, and that would take care of that. I have allergies my self and I take a simple 5 mg allergy pill a day and I dont have any trouble with my allergies.
- Good luck, and I hope I helped. :)
If you are only having this at school, then I would tend to believe it is some sort of contact reaction. The best way to figure out what may be causing it, keep a small note book with you, even pocket size and write down what things your hands are coming into contact with and list leading up to the time you have the redness, follow through the day and when it clears up. You should find something in common to lead to the reaction. It could be the soap at school that you wash your hands with, or over-using an alcohol rub to sanitize your hands. If the list leads you to believe it could be one of several things, then try replacing one at a time with something you use at home, for example the soap you wash your hands with. Get a small bottle that you can carry in your pocket. If you are taking some sort of chemistry or biology that your hands are contacting some sort of chemical, use some gloves. You can get a packet of non-latex thin gloves that sell in a bunch for a few dollars. If your hands sweat in them put a little cornstarch in them. If you are using latex gloves now at school, by the non latex because latex can cause reactions also. Let me know how you do. Elimination, one at a time should help you find the culprit.
