what does this mri result mean?

FINDINGS: There is mild straightening of the normal lumbar lordosis. Vertebral body heights are maintained. No concerning marrow replacing lesion. Intervertebral disc heights are maintained. There is mild disc desiccation at L4-L5. The conus medullaris terminates at the level of L1, within normal limits. L1-L2: No significant neural foraminal or spinal canal narrowing. L2-L3: No significant foraminal or spinal canal narrowing. L3-L4: No significant neural foraminal or spinal canal narrowing. Mild bilateral facet hypertrophy. L4-L5: There is diffuse disc bulge with moderate bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. No significant spinal canal narrowing. Moderate bilateral facet hypertrophy. L5-S1: Assessment neural foraminal or spinal canal narrowing. Mild bilateral facet hypertrophy. Impression: 1. Mild degenerative disc disease at L4-L5 with moderate bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. 2. No significant spinal canal narrowing

Can someone please help me understand the mri results above ? I can not get a hold of my dr to have her tell me what the results mean.
