My doctor told me to start taking a B vitamin complex. I took it & my urine turned BRIGHT yellow. Is this normal or OK?

It sometimes happens. Suggest drinking more fluids (water).
This is normal with B vitamins. You will notice this happens if you use nutrtional yeast, too.
