Hi,
I am a 20-year old college student who is looking to work off some of the excess weight gained since beginning school. My current weight is about 160, but my healthy weight should be around 135 lbs. I would like to get down to this weight by September 1. I have now begun exercising for an hour and a half 3 times per week. I have been trying to eat sensibly, but I also want to speed up my results.
I am considering stepping up the exercise to 4-5 times per week, and increasing my intake of fruits, vegetables and protein while restricting my caloric intake to about 1500 per day. I have been thinking about the possibility of a weight loss supplement to enhance my results. I have researched the ingredients in Hydroxycut. Most people seem to say the main problem was jitteriness due to caffeine -- but I have always been a coffee drinker so I don't think I would be sensitive to that! I tend to drink 4-5 cups of strong black coffee per day, though of course taking such a supplement I would switch to drinking green tea instead.
Does anyone know whether Hydroxycut is an effective supplement? Again, I am not looking for a miracule cure but just a supplement that will help me go the literal extra mile in weight loss.
A
