Hitting A Plateau

Of course, like the rest I feel I have hit a plateu with weight loss.  I know my body fat percentage is not to bad it is 22.5% I am 5'9 and weigh around 147-149 pounds and 36 yrs old.  I had done some research on how much calories I should be eating and it is around 2300 to 2500.  I work out about 6 days a week.  3 days are lifting and 3 days are running.  Now when it comes to running I run on Tues/Thurs around 6-7 miles, but on Sunday around 12-13 miles (getting ready for a marathon).   Sorry for so much info I just want to make sure I am gettin the right info to you.  Where I carry the body fat is in the stomach.  I have a feeling this is also genetic and I will always have to deal with this but do I have to? Here are the question I have
1.  On days of cardio and weight should by calories/carbs/fat be different when running than on days on lift?
2.  How do I lose a little more body fat I would say around 2-3%?
3.  How do I keep my stomach weight in control?
4.  Is 2300-2500 calories to much?

Your weight you stated is normal for your height so you now need to maintain your weight. For your age, you should consume an intake of 2200 calories or less. You are doing weight exercise and you are building lean muscle which is heavier then fat so suggest using a tape measure to measure your waist, hips, etc instead of a scale. You will feel your clothes fitting looser. There is no real difference of food for running vs. lifting. Just eat light before exercising. To help your stomach area, you have to target it with exercises to strengthen the abdomen, such as crunches, sit-ups. Yoga also helps. Thank you for your question.
