Robotic Diet

Hello,
I have been consuming a very "robotic" diet.  I typically have been eating the same thing at the same time every day.  I am also vegan, and do take a vegan multivitamin.

During the week it has been a whole-wheat (100% whole grain) bagel for breakfast, peanut-butter+bread for lunch, a bananna later in the day and at night I typically have a large bowl of oatmeal (rolled 5minute non-fortified oats).

During the weekend it has been a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and lunch and typically beans for dinner.

As gross as this might sound, I do occasionally add some mustard greens and/or salsa which I to the dinner-oatmeal or the beans.

I know my diet is not varied.  Are there any health concerns I should be worried about?  I like repetition, and breaking routine tends to be difficult.

Sorry about asking you for your weight and height, however, I need those measurements to assess part of your nutritional status. From what you stated you are underweight. It is good that you are taking a daily multi-vitamin because your daily intake does not have enough variety of fruits, vegetables, and protein. You need to increase your protein intake to 50-60gms a day by increasing the soy milk to 3 cups a day, add nuts to your oatmeal each time and have a starch (either rice, bread, or pasta) with your beans so you get complete protein with your meals. Eat more raw fruits and vegetables. Eat them as snacks or add them to your salads with additional nuts. Fruits and vegetables give us the nutrients we need to keep our immune system and body healthy. Best of luck.

I guess I should also mention this is not a complete diet profile for me, but a rather brief overview.  I have also been consuming fortified soy-milk every evening.  And I have also been out to dinner a few times during the week/weekend for some variety.

I do apologize, I do not like to state the weight hight thing.  I am about 5'10 and 110 currently? Maybe more.  I do not like to weigh myself as I tend to get obsessed.
