Okay I have a question. I started seeing this Weight loss doctor and I get a "Diet Shot" but the only thing that he says I can eat is some vegtables, Tuna 3 oz., Chicken breast 3 oz., Shrimp 3 oz., Turkey breast 3 oz. I can only drink water, crystal light, & diet drinks. The thing is I'm having a problem sticking to this diet. Most of the stuff he has listed I don't like. So recently what I've been doing is not eating all day long and eating a little bit @ 5:30 or so. I don't know what to do I really want to loose weight but this just isn't working for me. I was thinking maybe you could give me some tips on the eating part. He also has me on vitamins and supplements along with an appetite suppressent.  Oh yeah and the only exercise he says I can do is walking and that's only for 15 min. a day. I lost 6 lbs the first week going to him. This is my 2nd week. Please give me your advice!

Your BMI is 20 which is perfect. You are neither too lean nor too heavy.

As our bodies age, we can loss our muscle tone in our abdomen. Exercise would help strengthen it up, such as crunches or sit-ups. Weight gain may occur with muscle toning due to muscle weights more then fat.
Our diet does play a role also. If we eat too much food, it gets stored in the fat cells of the abdomen. If we eat too much protein, then what the body needs, it is broken down and stored as fat. The same goes for intake of carbohydrates and fat.  I suggest eating a daily balanced diet of proteins, carbohydrates and fat. That equals to approximately 2 servings of protein sources (5-6oz.-total), 2-3 servings of dairy (16 oz.-total), 2 fruits, 3 vegetables (1/2 cup each serving), and 5-6 servings of grain (1 slice of bread or 1/2 cup of cereal each).
Thank you for your question.
