yo i get you. I know how those companies work. i do landscaping too. What i do is pack my packpack with lots food. sometimes i take whole wheat peanut butter sandwich, or ham sandwich, almonds, apples, protein shake, oatmeal bars. or foods with high fiber. I take protein bars too but they can be expensive throughout time, so i made my own. My backpack gets full of food man lol, but try to go for the snacks or foods with complex carbohydrates no sweets or junk food
If you do not have the time to eat due to your job, then consuming protein bars, yogurt smoothies or a high calorie drink (milkshake) would help you during the middle of the day to get the calories you need to maintain your weight. Thank you for your question.
