severe muscle cramps and neuro symptoms

For the last 13 years I have been suffering from full body muscle spasms cramps, twitching and a lot of neuropathy symptoms od stabing, shooting, pin *****.  a lot of stiffness and burning similar to during workout, except i am resting.
I have had several test including, muscle biopsy, skin biopsy, emg/ncv. a lot of blood work to look for autoimmune diseases and vitamin levels.

I am vitamin d deficiant at (9), byt my blood calcium has always been normal.
My 24 hour urine for calcium is severly low.
My sed rate is always elevated to about 50.
igg, ige and iga are elevated.

no thyroid or diabetes either.

I wiunder is there a reason my body is keeping my vitmin d low..
why would my calcium urine be so low.

i dont know what else is left to test.  i have been to tons of doctors and no answer.

i did take 50,000 iu but it makes my cramps worse. so i dont take it any more.

any suggestions.

Not taking anything in mega doses. never have. Not even the vitamin d in 50,000 iu anymore.

sorry I am a female...and i forgot to mention the spasms and cramps are severly in my face and throat too. my whole face hurts severly from it
