I;m just not sure where this question falls. My daughter, age 23, has OCD. She has a recurrent fear that she "wet" herself - and is constantly asking me how I would know if I did, and "what if its just a drop or a few drops?" there is no real logical answer to this; no matter what i say she still believes she did and then has to take another shower to wash it off. Or, if by some miracle i can get her to believe she didn't do it, it is just her anxiety or fear of doing it, she wears heavy duty pads just in case it happens. Is there anything I can say to her to convince her otherwise?
