I have read a lot about this n I really havnt come across a satisfactory answer.i had sum1  spit on my eye.okay that was by mistake. Now I m kinda sure it had blood in it.can this spread hiv?m really scared regarding this.as the spit directly made a contact with the mucous membrane
Also I m having a really bad time with my hiv ocd.n I really need help.

Hi, the spitting is no risk, blood or no blood. Your not alone in your anxiety as many have it. You might seek some councling to help overcome your fears.
