Hep c and toilet water

Hi I have OCD and anxiety issues. A lot of my problem is caused by the meds  I have to take for my epilepsy. Something happened today that I can't stop worrying about. I used a toilet today where I had to lean over the pan to reach the flusher, someone else had used it and not flushed and there was no lid to put down. I think the spray from the flush sprayed up onto me and my clothes. I went straight to my hotel down the rad and had a shower and packed my clothes in a plastic bag to take home and wash. Now I'm worried that there may have been blood in the water ( I didn't see if there was or wasn't) and if it could get into a cut or my haemorrhoids that keep bleeding. I know I can't get HIV this way but what about hepatitis c or b? Thanks for even reading this

yes cbt will be a better option because you are already taking medicine for epilepsy so it will be better if you go for cbt

No, I'm trying to.work out whether I want to take anything or not. I'm suffering.side affects from the epilepsy meds as it is. I'm thinking CBT might be a better option.
