rubbing alchohol

Is using to much rubbing alcohol for a long period of time make your nose not notice the smell of alcohol. ?

This is the only forum I am involved with so I can't tell you about others but I'm sure they are there if you do a search.  Glad to hear you are starting CBT.  Hopefully together with the zoloft you can get to 100% improved.

Thanks JGF25. Yea I am going to start CBT soon. I am on 100 mg Zolof which helped improve my OCD 60%.

Do you have any other advice that can help me with my OCD?

Do you know any fourms that OCD suffers like me can discuss topics?

Well not yet. But is it possible since I used it for a long period of time that I dont notice its smell any more?

Okay, so I think the problem really isn't noticing the smell but really the fact that you you have been using it for a long period of time IMO.  So can I ask if you have seen a professional for your phobia to germs?

I use it to cleanse my hands or. I have OCD concerning  getting contaminated by HIV  and some times other serous illnesses.
