Hello Dear ,
I understand your worries, but you have to face them bravely.
Genu valgum is knock-knee deformity. Many  healthy children have knock-knee deformity as a  trait but some of them  develop this deformity due to hereditary or genetic disorders or metabolic bone disease.Due to this, her knees knock against each other and she is prone to falls. Treatment includes lifestyle restriction , bracing, exercise programs, and physical therapy.NSAID are given for pain.Surgery is advised when conservative treatment does not help.
You should consult a orthopedic surgeon for promt treatment.
For the eye infection of your elder daughter  see an opthalmologist who will examine her eyes and then according to the condition will suggest you the treatment.
