Will I be able to type soon after having total shoulder replacement?

I work full-time as an analyst and I am also in school. I have sick time that I can use for work but will need to continue my online school work. I am needing to know how soon after shoulder replacement I will be able to type?

No use asking anyone that.  Individuals react very differently and surgeries don't have an equal success with everyone.  It will depend on how quickly you heal and how much the shoulder surgery actually affects that particular action.  If you're very worried, there are technologies you can get for your computer that allow you to talk your work in.  They can have a high number of errors depending on the quality of your voice, but I've used them to write a novel and once you get the basics down if you know someone they can correct the mistakes for you, if it comes to that.  I used it several years ago and I've heard they are a lot more accurate nowadays.
