Avulsion hip fracture with retraction

My daughter was injured in a dance routine 4 years ago  - the diagnosis was Avulsion hip fracture with retraction, treatment was rest and physiotherapy. 4 years later, she is still unable to move her leg fully backwards and is in pain on a daily basis - to the point where she has to take pain medication.  Her doctors have recommended surgery to remove the bone that was fractured during the accident and rebuild the area. Our problem is that it is a complicated operation, and the best surgeons here have only performed it once (a less complicated case).
We are looking for recommendations for surgeons in the US or in Europe that have more experience with this specific kind of surgery
Looking forward to getting some recommendations
Thank you
