Compartment Syndrome

I had a fasciotomy done to both my legs. The doctor said that it would take at least 3 days until I can walk on it. The first leg took two weeks to heal. Now I had the other leg done and it feels like it will be doing the same thing. The fourth day I tried walking but I get this pain. It kind of feels like sharp tingles around my ankle. If it's not a tingle then maybe a tear. This stops me from walking. What could this pain be? I've tried wrapping my ankle in a bandage and giving it more support but nothing changes. Sometimes if it's concentrated enough it feels warm after a little. Is this normal? How can I get rid of it?
