I keep getting a lot of pain in my legs from walking or running.

Since I was young if I over worked my muscles, I would have pain. My parents used to use oil and massage my legs for me which would take away the pain. But now the pain is a lot more. I am a 26 year old male, walking too much causes pain, even my feet sometimes hurt if I haven't slept enough. My legs are fine if I sleep a lot and don't do any physical activity but can hurt now and again. Quite a few times randomly my pain can start, even if I don't walk. I am not over weight, but sports can cause a lot of pain especially the next day, walking a lot causes a lot of stress on my legs.  Sometimes my knew itself hurts as well, I also find that my pelvis area on the left hurts as well.

It's starting to really bother me, it's ruining my work out's and it's ruing any sports I play. I really need help thank you.
