Help interpreting MRI Results

My orthopedist is out of town so my follow up appointment to review my MRI results is not for another two weeks. I was hoping someone might be able to help me make sense of these results.

FINDINGS:  Bilateral sternoclavicular joints are intact with maintained alignment. No associated marrow edema or fluid in the vicinity to suggest acute sternoclavicular joint injury. There are small osteophytes arising from the medial end of the left clavicle, in keeping with osteoarthritis as seen on prior MRI.

There is hyperintense fat-saturated T2 signal in the central aspect of the right clavicle (series 7, image 3/35 and series 9, image 7/14), suggestive of marrow edema. In addition, there is thin, linear hypointense signal in the medial clavicle (series 8, 10 and 13; images 7/14), that may represent non-displaced fracture.

Suprasternal fat pad is maintained. Manubrium sterni and manubriosternal joint shows normal appearance. Sternocostal joints are unremarkable without edema or focal abnormality. Retrosternal soft tissue space is maintained. Previously seen edema in the left sternoclavicular joint including manubrium has resolved in the interim.

No supraclavicular lymphadenopathy. Limited evaluation of the great vessels of the neck due to study protocol. Following administration of intravenous contrast, there is no abnormal osseous or soft tissue enhancement.

IMPRESSION:
1. Right mid clavicular marrow edema with questionable non-displaced fracture. These findings are suboptimally evaluated due to limited field-of-view in this region and may suggest non-displaced, possibly stress, fracture of the right clavicle. Recommend radiographic correlation.
2. No findings to suggest acute sternoclavicular injury.

Just for some history/context, I am a competitive weightlifter and approximately 7 weeks ago I was completing a warm up set of single arm dumbbell rows with a 65lbs dumbbell. On the first rep I felt a "pulling/popping" sensation in what felt like the area just below my SC joint. The initial sensation was painless, but I still stopped for several minutes and checked for swelling and waited for any pain. After a few minutes of nothing, I went back to my workout and basically forgot anything happened. Several hours later I reached across my body while washing the dishes and experienced a sharp pain in my pectoral muscle. Immediately after, a small "lump" formed over the spot I felt the initial sensation. Since that point, I have been in constant pain/discomfort. 7 weeks have gone by now with very little to no improvement. My orthopedist initially thought SC joint injury.

Thank you in advance for any thoughts and/or guidance you can provide.
