Help understanding Radiology report on shoulder

Age 35

Sex F

Height 5 Ft 5in

Weight 175

Location Montana

Had an MRI on my shoulder as I have been experiencing severe shoulder pain following an ulnar nerve surgery a few weeks ago. The surgery was a little atypical because they found a lipoma that was pressing down on the nerve just above my elbow so it wasn't a true entrapment like what they thought it was. My elbow pain has sense resolved but have been experiencing severe shoulder pain ever since.

I had my MRI and the results posted but I don't understand the terminology and I don't see Ortho for another 3 weeks

Narrative & Impression

EXAMINATION: MR right shoulder without contrast

INDICATION: Right shoulder pain

COMPARISON: Right shoulder 4 views 3/8/2024

FINDINGS: Multiplanar, multisequence, noncontrast right shoulder MR

Rotator cuff: Increased signal within the infraspinatus tendon
consistent with tendinopathy. No full-thickness rotator cuff tear.
Supraspinatus, subscapularis, and teres minor tendons appear grossly
normal. No muscle belly atrophy

Biceps: Normally located the bicipital groove. Intra-articular tendon
normal in signal. Anchor intact

Labrum and cartilage: No obvious labral tear or full-thickness
glenohumeral cartilage defect

Marrow soft tissues: No fracture. Marrow signal grossly normal. AC
joint space preserved. Small amount of fluid in the
subacromial/subdeltoid bursa suggesting bursitis

IMPRESSION:
Infraspinatus tendinopathy. No full-thickness rotator cuff
tear
