I have a nonunion of the heel does the xray look correct

I had surgery to repair sever PES part of this was the shifting of my heel. Now after over a year I’m having to undergo another surgery to repair a nonunion of that heel. I don’t smoke don’t drink and didn’t have any infection. My question is it looks like the bones were not placed correctly in the X-ray which resulted in the nonunion
